Is the beta version available for free?

How can I register?

Please register your user information from the New Registration page.

I registered as a user but cannot log in to the Web site.

Please open the registration approval email sent after user registration and click the registration confirmation link in the body of the email before performing the login operation.

I did not receive a registration confirmation email.

A.

It may take some time to receive your e-mail. Please wait a few moments before confirming receipt of the e-mail. If you still cannot receive the e-mail, there is a possibility that the e-mail address you registered is incorrect or that it is in your junk mail. Please check again.

Q.

When registering as a user, I get an error message "This email address has already been registered. is displayed and registration is not possible.

A.

You cannot register an email address that is already registered.

Q.

I forgot my login password.

A.

Please reset your password here. A password reset e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. Please follow the instructions to set a new password.

Is there a file size limit for uploads?

A.

The maximum file size that can be uploaded at one time is 1 GB.

Can I change the file download expiration date?

A.

The free version does not allow you to change the file download expiration date.

Can I change the number of times a file can be downloaded?

A.

The number of times a file can be downloaded cannot be changed in the free version.
